Accordingly, Terra Haven is offered at the accessible price of $199,999. This price includes all essential appliances and a fully equipped bathroom, making it ready for immediate move-in. Furniture is not included in the base price but can be added for additional costs, allowing you the option to incorporate these expenses into your mortgage for a seamless transition to eco-friendly urban living.
 
Ordering Process:
Secure your Terra Haven with a $100 refundable deposit, which both reserves your place and demonstrates your commitment. This deposit will be credited back upon finalizing your purchase. Note that the deposit is just the initial step toward securing your new home, with the full price detailed above reflecting the actual cost.
 
Be advised that prices may fluctuate due to variations in raw material costs up until the payment is completed. The listed price does not include delivery or installation charges. We provide a network of preferred contractors for installation, or you may choose to self-install, akin to assembling furniture from Ikea. It is also the customer’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permits before taking possession.
